Keys or key codes for our homes are available through:

10.00 am through 4.00 pm weekdays
After hours, keys and codes will be left in the Lock Box located on the front of our office building immediately left of the front door.

If you have a problem with the Check-In Procedure please dial our emergency number. This is a 24-hour service. Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for alternative accommodation costs of any kind. The nearest public phones are located at the Amoco garage at the junction of Radio Road and Airport Pulling Road (1/4 of a mile west of our office).
DIRECTIONS FROM
ORLANDO, SANFORD, TAMPA, FT MYERS AIRPORTS.
Take I-75 South.
Exit I-75 at Junction 105. Turn RIGHT onto Golden Gate Parkway.
After approximately ½ mile turn LEFT at the Traffic Lights onto Livingston Road. Go straight on until you reach the traffic lights at Radio Road.
Turn RIGHT onto Radio Road. You will now be traveling west on Radio Road.
Go through 1 set of traffic lights. After that you will need to get into the left hand lane (start looking immediately to your left for a large sign saying TJS Sales and Vacation Rentals on the building to your left). Approximately 100 yards past the sign make a “U-turn” and TJS Realty Services will be on your right hand side. Suite 106 is in the middle of the building. The lockbox is to the left of the front door.

MIAMI AIRPORT
Take I-75 North (known as Alligator Alley). Exit I-75 at junction 101 (this is the first junction after the toll booths). Turn LEFT onto Route 951.
After approximately ½ mile turn RIGHT at the Traffic Lights onto Route 84 (Davis Blvd). As you turn you will have an Amoco Gas Station on your right hand side. A little further along you will see a MacDonalds.
At the first set of traffic lights turn RIGHT onto Radio Road. You will now be traveling west on Radio Road.
Go through 4 sets of traffic lights. After the 4th set you will need to get into the left hand lane (start looking immediately to your left for a large sign saying TJS Sales and Vacation Rentals on the building to your left). Approximately 100 yards past the sign make a “U-turn” and TJS Realty Services will be on your right hand side. Suite 106 is in the middle of the building. The lockbox is to the left of the front door.
